OMG, talk about a dream come true. This lovely naked nipple is of the stunning Victoria Secret Adriana Lima backstage at the 2011 Victoria’s Secret fashion show last Tuesday on CBS.

The model goes through intensive therapy with the preparation and diet that most people definitely do not have to handle the situation!

Lima told the Telegraph in the UK who works twice a day and goes to a strict liquid diet before the show. "It should not be exposed to all, so can dry out, sometimes you can lose up to eight kilos in just that," the newspaper said.
